At ‘Fitness by Kay’ we pride ourselves on being there with you every step of the way to your fitness goals,
your goal is my goal, but they can only be obtained through diligence, dedication, and drive (the three D’s of

that I do. Each workout is specialized for each individual to help target and improve your overall physical
